On Friday, May 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama will shut down all Electronic Case Filing (ECF) systems to upgrade to CM/ECF Release 1.9.  We estimate that filing service should be back online by 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

If there is a need to make an emergency filing while CM/ECF is unavailable, please contact the Division Supervisor at your respective filing division as listed below:
