Scam Alert: Letters from Bankruptcy Fraud Watchdog Group

A scam operator, identifying itself as the Bankruptcy Fraud Watchdog Group, is sending letters that falsely accuse debtors of failing to disclose assets in their bankruptcy cases. Debtors who receive letters from the Bankruptcy Fraud Watchdog Group should report the information to their local Bankruptcy Administrator’s Office or, if applicable, local U.S. Trustee’s Office.
