The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama has made revisions to the Chapter 13 Plan; the Section 522(f) Motion to Avoid Judicial Lien or Nonpossessory, Nonpurchase Money Security Interest and Determine Secured Status, and the proposed Order on Section 522(f) Motion to Avoid Judicial Lien or Nonpossessory, Nonpurchase Money Security Interest and Determine Secured Status. These new forms are effective January 1, 2019.
