Notice of Resumption of In-person Hearings

The United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Alabama, Eastern Division (Anniston) will resume in-person hearings at a later date.  Please check the court website for further updates.

Southern Division (Birmingham) will resume in-person hearings commencing the week of January 3, 2022.  The Southern Division shall resume in-person hearings in the Robert S. Vance Federal Building, 1800 Fifth Avenue North, Birmingham, Alabama.

The Western Division (Tuscaloosa) will resume in-person hearings commencing March 1, 2022.

The United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Alabama, Northern Division (Decatur, Florence, and Huntsville) will resume in-person hearings the week of May 2, 2022.  Parties and counsel unable to attend in person may appear telephonically.  The Revised Omnibus Order Scheduling 2022 Court Hearing Dates has been added to the website under the Judges tab > Judge Clifton R. Jessup, Jr.
