On April 1, 2019, automatic adjustments to the dollar amounts stated in various provisions of the Bankruptcy Code and 28 U.S.C. § 1409(b) will become effective. These adjusted dollars apply in cases filed on or after April 1, 2019.  Additional information regarding these changes may be found here.
