The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama announces that revisions to the Local Rules will become effective March 1, 2023.

A redline version of the Local Rules may be viewed here. The comment period for the revised Local Rules expires on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. C.S.T.
