The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) is experiencing a nationwide service disruption, and the delivery of electronic and paper notices has been interrupted. This includes bnc.uscourts.gov, bankruptcynotices.uscourts.gov, notices.uscourts.gov websites and the NCRS website that supports CM/ECF access to address labels. BAE Systems, the contractor that services the BNC, is actively investigating the disruption and working to restore services. 
 
The Court's CM/ECF Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF) email system continues to operate normally and CM/ECF participants should continue to receive NEFs via email.
