All bankruptcy attorneys currently appearing before the Court in Chapter 11 cases or who are considering practicing in Chapter 11 cases filed under the Small Business Reorganization Act are invited and encouraged to attend a Meeting conducted by the Court on Monday, February 10, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. in the 341 Meeting Room on the Second Floor of the Seybourn H. Lynne Federal Courthouse, 400 Well Street, Decatur, Alabama 35601. During the meeting, the Court will discuss current Chapter 11 practice and new Chapter 11 expectations and court procedures under the Small Business Reorganization Act.
