On Tuesday, May 13th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama will shut down all Electronic Case Filing (ECF) systems for network upgrades and maintenance.  We estimate that filing service should be back online by 11:30 p.m. that evening.

If there is a need to make an emergency filing while CM/ECF is unavailable, please contact the Division Supervisor at your respective filing division as listed below:
