The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama, Eastern Division (Anniston) will not resume in-person hearings the week of January 3, 2022. In-person hearings will not resume until further notice. All hearings in the Eastern Division, unless otherwise notified, will be telephonic: 1-877-873-8018, Access Code 9913581.

The Southern Division (Birmingham) shall resume in-person hearings in the Robert S. Vance Building during the week of January 3, 2022.

The Western Division (Tuscaloosa) will resume in-person hearings commencing March 1, 2022.
