Changes to Miscellaneous Fee Schedule Effective December 1, 2023

At its March 2023 and September 2023 sessions, the Judicial Conference approved inflationary adjustments to fees on the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. 

These changes will become effective December 1, 2023.
