Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 155(b), the Honorable Margaret A. Mahoney is recalled into service as a United States Bankruptcy Judge in the Northern District of Alabama on an ad hoc full-time basis.  Judge Mahoney will begin hearing cases in the Southern Division on or after August 1, 2015.
