The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama is increasing the maximum attorney compensation exempt from fee application, pursuant to Bankr. N.D. Ala. Rule 2016-1(1), to $3,500.00 for debtors with below median income or $3,750.00 for debtors with above median income.

 

The effective date of the fee increase is December 1, 2017.
