The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama announces that revisions to the Local Rules will become effective on December 1, 2017.  A redline version of the Local Rules may be viewed here. 

The comment period for the revised Local Rules expires on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.

The substantive revisions were made to the following Local Rules:  Rule 1001-1; Rule 1006-1; Rule 2016-1; Rule 3015-1; Rule 3015-2; Rule 4001-1.1; Rule 4003-2; and Rule 7067-1.
