RULE 5005-4 ELECTRONIC FILING

Documents filed with the Court must be filed through CM/ECF and consistent with the Administrative Procedures for Filing, Signing, Retaining and Verification of Pleadings and Papers in the Case Management / Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) System found on this Court's website at www.alnb.uscourts.gov/cmecf-info.  A limited number of documents should not be filed through CM/ECF, and these documents are listed in the Administrative Procedures for Filing, Signing, Retaining and Verification of Pleadings and Papers in the Case Management / Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) System.  A party without legal representation may file his or her documents in paper, and the clerk's office will process any such filing through CM/ECF.  An attorney may request a waiver to file documents in paper from the clerk's office in limited circumstances described in the Administrative Procedures for Filing, Signing, Retaining and Verification of Pleadings and Papers in the Case Management / Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) System.
